Employee Wellness Programs

In the past, wellness programs were often considered to be a nice extra – not a strategic imperative. But today, the question is no longer, “Does it make good business sense to have a wellness program?” Rather it’s, “What is the best way to design an effective wellness program for my organization?”

Virtual Classes
For some, busy work schedules make it impossible to attend live classes presented during the lunch hour. For these situations we offer a Virtual Class series  you can enjoy in the convenience of your own home. The Virtual Classes provide the same information taught in the live lunchtime learning sessions.

Registration is required to attend the Virtual Classes. Enrolled members will receive the Flavors of Health Cookbook text book in PDF format via email delivery. If you prefer a hard copy of the book, please contact Toni Sicola and arrange a time to retrieve the book prior to the first class.

We are looking forward to sharing the informative and inspiring health buliding practices with you in your choice of formats: either lunchtime learning classes from 12-1 pm or via a Virtual Class format that you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home.
